Hi girls! Firstly a big thank you for those who have been supporting us since the lauch of our first collection and we appreciate those who have been coming to us for repeated transaction and that is our loyal fans =)
We have totally learnt a lot since the start of our collection and had made several changes on how our deal works but sometimes, okay, most of the time we have been very flexible to you and we really appreciate to those who pay on time and not drag the deal and keep us waiting. The longer the deal is drag, we definitely lose potential customers that are keen on purchasing the item(s). So this time when we mean no reservation strictly NO RESERVATION. If you are able to transfer the money first then you will secure a piece ok?? Refunds will be made to those who have transfered but didnt manage to secure their desired items.
Next is regarding meet-ups and postage. We have been very flexible on this also but sadly there's a few who made it very difficult for us. Firstly both of us stay in the northern part of SG so please dont tell us is it possible for a meet up at let say, Bedok or kembangan, thats just crazy. We really want to meet u girls in person and personally hand over the items but due to our hectic schdule we cant. So lets make this clear, For Sher it would be, Marsiling/Woodlands MRT or Yio Chu Kang MRT/NYP. For Naf it would be Marsiling/Woodlands MRT or Clementi MRT/NP. And if both of us are going to Town, then it will be a bonus but its up to our timings, not yours. If u cant fulfill the meet ups might as well do postage as we totally believe the items would come so much faster than meeting either of us and if you want your items to be save and tracked down just add another $2 for registered.
Do not tell us that u are interested in like 4 items and will transfer the money after school and when there isnt and drag it up till 3 or 4 times and tell us you want to do meet ups and it can be only after your exams so you'll put in a deposit first. We have been accommodating to your requests and our patience is running really low. We cannot wait weeks just for you.
